Longyan Base currently has the jurisdiction over Fujian Longtai Industrial Co., Ltd., which was incorporated in June 2013. The company is close to the Longyan high-speed rail station and Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, with convenient transportation.
In July 2021, CNG completed the equity acquisition of Fujian Longtai Industrial Co., Ltd. and became the controlling shareholder.
Longyan Base currently has two high-quality float glass production lines, Among them, Float Line 1 completed construction and put into operation in May 2021, which mainly produces the 4-19mm high-quality float glass and the online coated glass; Float Line 2 mainly produces automotive glass and industry glass. It also owns quartz sand mineral resources and processing lines.
Longyan Base has a complete set of low-temperature waste heat power generation system, with perfect flue gas desulfurization, denitration, dust elimination systems.
The project of Longtai New energy materials Science and Technology Industrial Park, under the planning of the Base, is a key project in developing new energy materials cultivated by Longyan municipal government. Relying on the technical advantages of China Building Materials Triump Technology Group, the major shareholder of China Glass Holdings providing technology and equipment of new energy materials, together with the advantages of policies in resources, policies and markets in Longyan city, the follow-up projects of Longtai New energy materials Science and Technology Industrial Park will assuredly make greater contributions to the economic development of the old revolutionary base areas.
Longyan Base will focus on the development of high-quality float glass, energy-saving coated glass, automobiles glass and new energy glass in the future and pursue to become the main industrial base of CNG in the southern China.
